Quality Services, Inc.'s President & Principal Investigator, Lance Rom has a Bachelor of Art with double majors in anthropology and geology and a Master of Art in public archeology/anthropology. He has been principal investigator for more than 35 years on over 2,500 previous projects, many of which were in steep, mountainous, or other remote terrain. He managed the Black Hills National Forest’s cultural resources programs in both South Dakota and Wyoming for more than thirteen years between 1984 and 1998. He also managed the Nebraska National Forest’s cultural resources programs and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service’s cultural resources programs in North and South Dakota for several years. Lance has experience managing all types of cultural resources projects and program budgets in excess of $1,600,000.00 per year, and with over 70 staff members.
